The objective of the project is to work with their technological platform to understand and improve selective waste collection through AI and computer vision. Together, we developed systems for traceability and analysis of waste collection from the truck.

- Analyze key indicators and KPIs (volume per fraction, impurities, frequency), allowing inefficiencies to be detected and baselines established.
- Study traceability and route optimization. AI and computer vision were applied to track waste and optimize collection routes, improving efficiency and reducing emissions.
- Study the socioeconomic context. Social and economic factors were analyzed to identify areas with low separation rates and guide targeted interventions.
