The objective of the project has been to explore the development and evolution of packaging solutions as alternatives to plastic for bakery and pastry applications, providing technical expertise and a sector-focused perspective. Together, we worked on analyzing the material’s performance in multi-material packaging applications, evaluating aspects such as functionality, suitability for food use, and compatibility with industry requirements.
